Hey There
Through my own mental health struggles, as well as healing journey, I have become so passionate about helping others experience wellness in all areas of life. I don't have all the answers, but I do have lived experience, and tools that have restored my hope and changed the course of my life.
About Me
I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado. After graduation I worked at a community mental health center as a case manager and a therapist for several years. While there I obtained a secondary licensure in Addiction Counseling, and worked with a wide range of psychological and substance use related disorders. The past three years I worked as a school-based therapist for elementary students and their families. I have also provided individual therapy online through my private practice throughout the years since graduating, in addition to my full time jobs.

Through the process of becoming a mom myself, my eyes have been opened to the unique challenges we as women, and particularly new mothers face. I have seen how radically this transition affects our whole lives, and I want to provide the same support to others that I myself have needed.
I now live in Gig Harbor, Washington with my husband and my 20 month old daughter. In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, boating, and pretty much anything active and in nature.
